Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Brooklyn, Maryland. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting property management operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting and financial systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for tenant, vendor, and property records
  • Assist with move-in and move-out documentation, notices, and tenant communications
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including scheduling services and tracking work orders
  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications, notices, and reports
  • Support reporting needs by updating databases, spreadsheets, and property management systems
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools
  • Experience with ADP Financial Services and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other management systems
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
  • Ability to handle budget preparation and financial monitoring
  • Solid understanding of general accounting functions and practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
