We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Brooklyn, Maryland. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting property management operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting and financial systems.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for tenant, vendor, and property records
Assist with move-in and move-out documentation, notices, and tenant communications
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including scheduling services and tracking work orders
Draft and distribute internal and external communications, notices, and reports
Support reporting needs by updating databases, spreadsheets, and property management systems
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools
Experience with ADP Financial Services and CRM systems
Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other management systems
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
Ability to handle budget preparation and financial monitoring
Solid understanding of general accounting functions and practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
