This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and communicative individual to provide essential support to our sales team. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that we deliver a high level of service to our clients and potential buyers.
Job Responsibility:
Register new vendors and buyers to kickstart their property journey
Prepare engaging property brochures and eye-catching window cards
Coordinate local marketing efforts, including direct mailers and advertising
Manage anti-money laundering processes, liaising with compliance teams
Build trusted relationships with clients to facilitate smooth onboarding
Oversee invoicing and debt collection to maintain financial health
Liaise with our Farnham team for office supplies and maintain system updates
Schedule viewings and manage diaries for potential buyers and vendors
Maintain organised client files and update the Residential client database
Implement strategies for continuous business process improvement
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
A proactive team player with exceptional organisational skills
Experience supporting a team of professionals in a fast-paced setting
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service focus
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of AML regulations and client due diligence processes
A keen eye for detail and a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Discretion when handling sensitive information is crucial
A genuine interest in the real estate/estate agency environment
