We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This position involves overseeing various property management tasks, including financial operations and tenant relations. Candidates should be comfortable commuting within the Tenderloin area to help manage multiple properties.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the designated area
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments
Utilize accounting software and CRM tools to streamline financial and tenant management tasks
Handle billing functions and assist in budget preparation to support property financial planning
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly
Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency across properties
Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on property performance
Contribute to the development and implementation of management systems for streamlined operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in accounting software systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
Experience with CRM platforms and management systems
Ability to manage billing processes and assist with budget planning
Excellent communication skills for tenant and team interactions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Comfortable commuting within the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
