Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to oversee property operations and ensure residents have a positive experience. This contract position is based in Glendale, California, and involves assisting with housing applications, managing property-related issues, and maintaining compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in property management and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate property condition assessments and promptly address any issues to ensure optimal living conditions
Facilitate the processing of Public Housing Agency applications and maintain clear communication with the Housing Authority
Conduct outbound calls to manage rent collections and address delinquency concerns
Handle resident-related Home Owner Association violations in an organized and efficient manner
Regularly review and complete action items from the assigned task lists to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial properties
Familiarity with leasing processes and Public Housing Agency applications
Ability to use Yardi software for property management tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with residents and external agencies
