We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to support the daily operations of a commercial or residential property portfolio. This role focuses on lease administration, tenant relations, financial tracking, and providing administrative support to the property management team.
Job Responsibility
Maintain and organize lease agreements, tenant files, and property documentation
Assist with lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and expirations
Track rent payments, process invoices, and support accounts payable/receivable activities
Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and property performance metrics
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and coordinating resolutions
Assist with tenant onboarding/offboarding, including move-in/move-out processes
Coordinate vendor services and track contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
Maintain property management systems and databases (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio)
Support property managers with reporting, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
Experience with lease documentation and property management systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Nice to have
Experience with budgeting, rent collections, or financial reporting
Familiarity with commercial or residential real estate operations
Ability to manage multiple properties or priorities simultaneously
