We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Kerman, California. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in managing residential and commercial properties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
Handle leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing applications
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases, maintenance, and financial transactions
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all property management activities
Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to track and manage operational tasks efficiently
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships
Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for property expenses and revenue
Conduct inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties
Proven knowledge of leasing processes and tenant management
Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various property-related tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
Understanding of local property regulations and compliance requirements
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
