Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties

  • Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various property-related tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
  • Understanding of local property regulations and compliance requirements
