Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee leasing activities, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality and real estate expertise to deliver high-quality experiences for tenants and prospects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage all leasing efforts, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for prospective tenants
  • Conduct property tours with a hospitality-focused approach to make every prospect feel valued
  • Collaborate with leasing managers to strategize pricing specials and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate leasing reports and prepare monthly updates as required
  • Utilize property management software, such as Entrada, to streamline operations and track leasing activities
  • Address tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
  • Support the team by overseeing multiple property locations and ensuring consistent service quality
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to address property-related matters efficiently

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-site leasing, sales, or hospitality roles
  • Background in property management or real estate is preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as Entrada or Yardi, is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive tenant experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties simultaneously
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial property management practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
