We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior property managers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to three senior property managers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient task management
Process and enter invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage day-to-day property management tasks, including communication with tenants and vendors
Utilize software such as Yardi and PRISM to streamline workflows and maintain records
Coordinate scheduling and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in resolving property-related issues in a timely and thorough manner
Use Office Suite for data entry, correspondence, and reporting
Adapt to shifting priorities and support the team in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a property management setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with property management software such as Yardi or PRISM is a plus
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
Prior experience with invoicing and financial documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
Nice to have:
A big plus if someone has worked in property management prior
