Job Description:

Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions, including providing administrative support, liaising between sales teams and clients, and ensuring smooth operations within the hotel. They are essential in maintaining quality standards and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting administrative needs across departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
  • serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • liaising between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Providing administrative support such as preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
  • ensuring a safe workplace while following company policies
  • upholding quality standards and maintaining professional appearance and communication
  • developing positive relationships with other employees and departments
  • moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  • standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time
  • reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
