Job Description: Main contact for the company who are responsible for the accounting of stabilized properties. Reviews all the company's deliverables and communicates any applicable adjustments, process changes, and/or improvements. Responsible for coordination of uploading business plan budgets into Yardi Voyager. Reviews lease agreements and ensures applicable information is accurately uploaded. Prepares cash distributions for operating properties not outsourced to the company. Reviews quarterly/annual common area expense reconciliations. Primary liaison with Asset Management team to assist with needs related to new tenants and 3rd party property managers. Prepares and distributes debt refinancing analysis on an as needed basis. Responsible for lender reporting in collaboration with Capital Markets team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 7 years of professional work experience in accounting
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Approaches cross-departmental relationships with a customer service mentality and works well with associates of all levels
  • Deep familiarity with GAAP
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as a member of various teams
  • Manages multiple projects and meets goals and deadlines timely and consistently
  • Requires minimal guidance to accomplish general tasks
  • Versatile, flexible, and thrives in an environment where there are constantly changing priorities
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
  • Strong familiarity and use of Excel, including complex Excel formulas
