Job Description:

This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond task execution and into true operational ownership within a real estate investment platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day property accounting operations across a growing portfolio
  • Act as the bridge between accounting, asset management, and project teams
  • Review leases, vendor activity, AP workflows, and tenant billings
  • Lead monthly close reviews, trial balances, and financial reporting
  • Manage debt compliance, construction draws, and escrow tracking
  • Drive accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement across systems (Yardi-heavy)

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of property accounting experience
  • Strong background in lease administration + commercial real estate
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi (non-negotiable)
  • Someone who can own processes, prioritize, and operate at a high level
  • Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
