Property Accountant

We're hiring a proven Property Accountant ready to take full control of reporting, lead a team of 3, and operate at the sharp end of a high-performing business. You'll work for an exceptional Director – a recognised force in the industry, known for building a cash-rich business and setting standards others follow. His reputation opens doors. His expectations raise the bar! Now he needs someone to underpin this. You'll be expected to pass on your expertise, guiding, mentoring, and developing your team of 3 to perform at the same level, with the same precision and accountability that define the wider business. Aside from this opportunity, you'll have full control of the management accounting & service charge so it's absolutely essential you have experience within a property background – this role is fast-paced and foot-to-the-floor so whilst help is always on hand, you at least need to have industry-knowledge. This is a forward-thinking Director and a forward-thinking business so if you think MI reporting could be sharpened, he'll be all ears.
