Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Full accounting cycle / month end
Prepare various monthly analysis and journal entries
Management of the accounts receivable
Process deposits and EFT’s
Prepare monthly reconciliation of various GL accounts
Prepare cash flow report
Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting packages
Prepare year-end audit package requirements
Prepare year-end CAM and Tax adjustments with relevant backup
Prepare annual rental schedules
Prepare aging receivable reports
Other duties are required

Requirements:

DEC/Bachelor's degree in accounting
3 to 5 years' experience in accounting
Knowledge of Yardi/SERTI (an asset)
Excellent Excel skills
Strong ability to adapt in a growing and dynamic environment
Excellent ability to manage priorities
Ability to meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Yardi/SERTI
