Job Responsibility:
Complete month-end financial packages for a portfolio of properties for review by controller
Maintain General Ledger
Prepare all journal entries and accruals
Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
Monitor/reconcile bank accounts
Assist/prepare Quarterly and Annual financial reporting for lenders and investors
Assist in Cam/Tax reconciliation process
Review & maintain mortgage and depreciation schedules
Review & maintain property tax and insurance schedules
Support annual budgeting process and ad hoc projects
Prepare work papers and collaborate with Auditors on annual audits
Understand and apply GAAP and internal policies & procedures
Collaborate on process improvements/efficiencies
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in property accounting and financial statement preparation
