Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented clerical candidate to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Rye Brook, New York. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of various documents while performing essential clerical tasks. This position requires a strong command of grammar, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and proofread documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and formatting
  • Perform typing tasks with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute to support document production needs
  • Execute various clerical duties, including organizing files and managing paperwork, to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and execute specific instructions and project requirements
  • Maintain a high level of focus and accuracy while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines in all produced materials
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving document clarity and presentation, where necessary
