As part of the RGM team, as a Promotions Manager you will be in charge of defining, monitoring and course correcting our promotional strategy, while also refining and adding to the tools that support our promotional strategy creation and evaluation.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible with the development of commercial promotional strategy for all trade channels accordingly to the Annual Business Plan directions
Owner of the promo management process by keeping and coordinating the relevant promo routines
Periodic analysis on promo process performance and dicount level at channel & customer level
Thinks about, proposes and aligns with all the internal stakeholders on designing the promo strategy – national level & channel specifics
Interact with retailers in order to develop common projects
Coordinate projects and research actionable insights for KA clients
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar position or other relevant knowledge
Solid knowledge of FMCG business, strong commercial acumen
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze different sets of data
Process management – end to end thinking
Ability to evaluate and estimate the impact of any changes in the promotions process
Ability to corelate info from different sources and formulate hypothesis
