Your role is to develop Babolat's Tennis business nationwide by deepening your knowledge of the various players in the distribution network and ensuring Babolat's visibility in clubs, venues of practice and, more broadly, within the tennis universe.
Job Responsibility:
Develop Babolat's Tennis business nationwide by deepening knowledge of the various players in the distribution network and ensuring Babolat's visibility in clubs, venues of practice and, more broadly, within the tennis universe
Coordination and execution of Tennis activations in the network of clubs and academies in his/her area (mainly (demo days) events)
Find, recruit and retain Tennis coaches
Find, recruit and keep local and national Tennis players
management of the signature of the contract and management of the related orders
Organization and implementation of Babolat Tennis coach conventions
Management of logistics and participation in Tennis events organized by Babolat directly, or through sponsorship relationships
Knowledge of the products in the Babolat Tennis range, the benefits offered to the consumer, their technologies and sales arguments
Knowledge of the commercial and promotional conditions
Sell out support for Match and Set Tennis retailers in his/her area and carry out online presentations of the range if necessary
Staff training and support in Babolat Tennis stores
Ensure brand visibility in physical and online stores
Prospecting, approaching and assessing the needs of new stores and clubs with Tennis sales potential
Collection of information on our sales processes, products and promotional actions, as well as all relevant information on the Tennis market to offer the marketing team professional and accurate feedback
Requirements:
Graduate from a Bachelor's degree in Business School / Sport Management (or equivalent), ideally with a marketing specialization
Experience in a similar role within the tennis/sport universe
Strong knowledge of the Italian tennis environment
Tennis passionate, with personal experience as a former player and/or coach
Understand how clubs operate
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to negotiate contracts and manage commercial conditions with professionalism and a results-driven mindset
