The Project Specialist is a field-based, customer-facing role that supports the execution of healthcare software implementation projects. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist with project planning, coordination, and delivery from sales handoff through go-live and transition to support.
Job Responsibility:
Support the day-to-day coordination of customer implementation projects
Assist as a secondary point of contact for customers during project execution
Help prepare and facilitate client meetings (virtual and onsite), including agendas and notes
Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support project tasks
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate
Support project-related supply chain activities as needed
Assist with project reporting and revenue tracking
Communicate updates clearly with internal stakeholders
Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, IT, business, or related field
Ability to travel up to 10–20% depending on location
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
