Job Description

Projects Paralegal (3+ Years’ Experience) - London (City). If you’re a Paralegal working within Projects, Infrastructure or Energy, you’ll know how varied the work can be when you’re in the right environment. I’m working with a well-regarded City law firm looking to appoint a Projects Paralegal to support their growing team.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting on a range of UK and international projects, including: Infrastructure and energy projects
  • Project finance transactions
  • Public sector and PPP/PFI matters
  • Drafting and reviewing project documentation
  • Managing data rooms and coordinating due diligence
  • Supporting deal execution and completion processes
  • Work closely with Associates and Partners, gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience, ideally within Projects or Energy
  • Experience supporting on transactional work
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in infrastructure and project work
