We are looking for a Projects Director – Networking to report directly to the Head of UK. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for the strategic direction, commercial performance, operational delivery, and continued growth of ONNEC’s network solutions, pre-sales, and project delivery function. As a senior member of the UK leadership team, the role will provide visible leadership across pre-sales, design, commercial governance, and project execution, ensuring that complex, high-value client programmes are shaped, won, and delivered in line with business objectives, client expectations, margin targets, and quality standards. The Projects Director will work closely with the Head of UK, Sales, Design, Operations, Commercial, and HR leaders to define capability requirements, strengthen delivery governance, develop senior talent, and build a scalable operating model capable of supporting continued growth within the UK and EU regions. The successful candidate will bring proven experience operating at Director or senior leadership level, with demonstrable accountability for multi-disciplinary teams, significant project portfolios, senior client relationships, commercial decision-making, and profit and loss performance. They will be expected to influence at executive level, provide strategic challenge, and lead through others with credibility, pace, and sound judgement.
