Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer to work on major development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects across the UK and internationally. The role has a strong non-contentious focus, with scope to advise on high-value construction, development, and renewable energy projects for a broad client base of developers, funders, investors, and contractors.

Job Responsibility

  • Drafting and negotiating complex construction and development agreements
  • advising on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and all major standard form contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC) as well as bespoke project documentation
  • mentoring junior lawyers
  • contributing to business development
  • playing a key role in the continued growth of this ambitious and expanding practice

Requirements

  • At least six years' PQE within a respected construction or projects team
  • strong technical knowledge
  • collaborative, commercial mindset
  • experience in housing, education, healthcare, or sustainability sectors would be particularly valuable
