Job Description:

This position involves working with an elite international law firm specializing in energy and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include project development, project finance, construction, and M&A in the Middle East, with a focus on large-scale projects in the Saudi market.

Job Responsibility:

Covers work in energy and infrastructure sectors, including project development, project finance, construction, and M&A in the Middle East
Advising on projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa, with many focused on the Saudi market

Requirements:

Common law qualified lawyer with a broad range of project development experience (in particular EPC contracts)
Upwards of 5 PQE

Nice to have:

Arabic language skills
