A reputable and well-established international law firm is now seeking to add a projects associate to its Dubai team.

Job Responsibility

  • Focus heavily on EPC, O&M and concession agreements
  • Encompass some financing work and wider corporate energy matters in M&A and JVs

Requirements

  • Applicants will be in the 3-5PQE range
  • Should hold a predominantly development-side practice
  • Strong experience in EPC, O&M and concession agreements
  • Strong experience in financing work and wider corporate energy matters in M&A and JVs

  • Work collaboratively across our multi-disciplinary Infrastructure and Projects team (colleagues from real estate, construction, dispute resolution, etc.) to support clients on infrastructure projects
  • Play an active role in managing client relationships, with a real opportunity to build relationships and develop your own practice
