Job Description

Project Worker in Camden women’s service, working in trauma-informed, psychologically informed accommodation. Balance practical action with compassionate challenge. Working rota: two to four 12.5-hour shifts per week over a 5-week rota, which includes 2 out of every 5 weekends.

  • Support women to manage risk, strengthen wellbeing, navigate services and develop skills and confidence
  • Deliver structured keywork and group sessions
  • Liaise with partners across mental health, substance use, health and criminal justice services

  • Help women rebuild trust, reconnect with their strengths and take meaningful steps forward
