Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Trainer to join our high-impact Data Annotation Project. In this role, you will play a key part in building a confident, high-performing team by delivering effective training, coaching, and support. You’ll ensure our workforce is equipped to meet quality standards, hit project KPIs, and adapt to evolving annotation guidelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting)
  • Design and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates
  • Provide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy
  • Generate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports
  • Conduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to learn, apply concepts, and adapt quickly, supported by a college degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 1 year in coaching, or training role (e.g., Trainer, Team Leader, SMEs)
  • Strong experience in training and developing team members to enhance performance
  • Ability to build and sustain high-performing teams and support staff retention
  • Proficient in monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, and identifying improvement areas
  • Excellent coordination skills with management
  • strong communication, comprehension, and stakeholder alignment abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong report management and the ability to plan for unexpected situations or workflow changes
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Imus or Bacoor City, Cavite

Nice to have

Experience in Human Intelligence Tasks (HITs) or data annotation projects
