Job Description

Working across the region, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotels remain safe, functional and maintained to the high standards our guests expect. This is a varied and mobile role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across multiple hotel environments and projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities across a regional portfolio
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance and testing across hotel equipment and facilities
  • Supporting a wide range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and basic electrical work
  • Identifying maintenance risks early and escalating concerns appropriately to prevent future disruption or cost
  • Working collaboratively with on-site hotel teams to support operational priorities and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong painting and decorating skills, with a multi-skilled maintenance background
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools and general maintenance equipment
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to maintenance issues
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards
  • The ability to work flexibly across a region, including occasional stays away from home
  • A full UK Driving Licence
