Job Responsibility
Deliver pre and post-contract cost consultancy services across multiple projects
Manage projects from RIBA Stage 1 through to post-completion, ensuring delivery meets client expectations
Undertake measurements and cost planning activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, fostering collaboration and communication
Support commercial management and contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives
Attend and lead project meetings to drive successful project outcomes
Carry out site visits across the Midlands as required
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Requirements
A solid surveying background with experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities and a collaborative approach
A commercial mindset with the ability to support successful project delivery
An ambitious attitude and desire to continually learn and develop
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
