Project Surveyor

• Carry out stock condition surveys across residential properties
• Assess building elements and identify future maintenance and lifecycle replacement needs
• Support the development of planned investment programmes including major works and component replacement
• Analyse survey data and contribute to asset management strategies and investment planning
• Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to a high standard
• Monitor works on site and ensure quality, compliance, and value for money
• Maintain accurate asset data and reporting to support strategic decision making

• Experience working in social housing, local authority, or residential asset management
• Strong knowledge of stock condition surveying and planned maintenance programmes
• Understanding of housing asset management principles and lifecycle planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A relevant qualification in Building Surveying or Construction (or equivalent experience)
