Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings
  • Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues
  • Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks
  • Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Managing correspondence
  • Updating project records
  • Preparing test data, testing and reporting on testing
  • Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation
  • Facilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documents
  • Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings

Requirements

  • English level: C1 (confirmed with a certificate)
  • Higher education – Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PSO or in a related role
  • At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Foundation, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PM2 Basic or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods
  • Experienced in drafting documents, managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systems
  • Ability to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected results
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts
  • Dedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting)
  • Service oriented attitude
