Responsible for coordinating School and managing event execution while supporting Sales Team. Ensure smooth planning, strong client (Birthday party host, School Travel Agents & Corporate Clients) relationship and effective team coordination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure excellent service experience for Kids, School Travel Agents, Teachers and Birthday party hosts
  • Coordinate School visits and events smoothly
  • Support Sales team
  • Manage client interactions, queries and basic issue resolution
  • Monitor event readiness including F&B, décor and activity arrangements
  • Take feedback from clients for improvement
  • Basic follow-ups from Event Clients
