About the Role: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead project structural engineering team; provide mentorship and oversight of work given to junior staff; Analysis and design of various building framing and foundation systems in structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry; Development of construction documents, building information model, drawings, and specifications; meeting the scheduled project issue dates; Collaborating and coordinating with other technical disciplines; Construction administration, including shop drawing review and responding to Contractor questions; Assist in developing proposals.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team setting with overtime as required

Nice to have:

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Revit experience preferred
  • RISA-3D and RISAFloor experience preferred

  • Coordination: Attend design coordination meetings with team members and client representatives to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Field Work: Coordinate and assist with site visits, field measurements, data collection, and construction site inspections. Prepare field reports and follow up on observations
