We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Staging Technician to join Telstra, supporting the delivery of secure and reliable mobile device solutions for our customers. This role is critical in preparing, configuring, and testing mobile devices and related ICT systems to ensure readiness for deployment. You’ll work on staging smartphones, tablets, and associated connectivity equipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications and security requirements. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and technical teams, you’ll help deliver seamless mobile solutions that keep our customers connected and productive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and stage mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and supporting ICT equipment
  • Commission connectivity solutions including routers, switches, and wireless technology
  • Manage tasks in service management tools to meet SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting mobile device performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory for mobile assets
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and stakeholder requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in mobile device configuration and staging
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
