Project Specialist

• Learn in detail about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations
• Provide process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and other business stakeholders on end-to-end Third-Party Management requirements
• Work with seniors in coordinating with various Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security and Continuity of Business (CoB)
• Act as Level 1 Reviewer in the team
• Participate in team meetings
• Ensure all SLAs are met without delay and with high accuracy
• Assist seniors in data and information reporting on specified projects and tasks
• Verify if third parties’ policies and procedures comply with Citi’s policies
• Identify and report gaps to stakeholders
• Contribute to better control and productivity enhancement through process reengineering and automation projects
• Initiate process changes in line with emerging risks and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial services / Banking industry
• Preferred 1+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build partnerships across Citi businesses
• Showcase skills to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines, Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations (OCC, GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, and Country specific Local Laws, etc.)
• Experience in process reengineering initiatives and automation projects including Robotic Process Automations
