Requirements

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
8-10 years of hands-on experience managing all aspects of IT projects in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations
Extensive experience in AI project implementation
Strong Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office
Good knowledge of municipal and interrelated government legislation, policies and procedures
Demonstrated expertise in scope and timeline management, budget and resource management, risk and issue management, and organizational change management
Proven ability in business transformation, critical path identification, and timely decision-making across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, and tools across agile, waterfall, and iterative methods

Job Responsibility

Ensure project technical deliverables arrive within agreed scope, quality, timelines, and cost using project management tools and methodologies
Lead and manage all stages of the project lifecycle
Lead and manage the development of detailed scope requirements, budgeting, resource management, planning and scheduling, monitoring, and reporting progress

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
Strong project management and coordination skills, including experience with project plans, stakeholder tracking, and status reporting
3+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, or operations within financial services (Wealth management or corporate banking preferred)
Exposure to project methodologies (Agile, PM/ PRINCE 2 certification or similar) is required

Job Responsibility

Support the monitoring of project performance metrics such as cycle time, good-order submissions, and rework rates
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues, ensuring proactive follow-up and timely resolution
Facilitate working groups or feedback sessions with bankers, associate bankers, and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities
