The Project Specialist (including Civil Engineering Projects) is responsible for driving capital investment projects from concept to completion at the production site. You will coordinate engineering evaluations, lead contractor activities, and supervise construction and installation works to ensure flawless execution. Your role is critical in guaranteeing that every project meets safety requirements, stays on budget, adheres to timelines, and aligns with all technical and regulatory expectations. Acting as the main interface between plant teams, engineering partners, contractors, and suppliers, you will ensure efficient communication and high‑quality project outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Leading capital projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring safety, timing, budget, and quality
Preparing technical specifications, SOWs, and reviewing engineering and vendor proposals
Coordinating contractors on site during construction, installation, and commissioning, resolving issues quickly
Conducting engineering assessments and ensuring designs match site conditions and required standards
Communicating clearly with plant teams, engineering partners, and contractors to keep everyone aligned
Requirements:
Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Instrumentation, Energy Systems, or related field)
Engineering experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
Experience with installation, commissioning, modernization, or infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs
Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar drafting software)
Understanding of project management principles (PMBOK knowledge is an advantage)
Intermediate English level (B1–B2) – ability to work with technical documentation in English and speaking with contracting organizations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and other basic tools)
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong discipline
