Project Specialist 2

• Execute day-to-day activities in support of Citi's Third-Party Management Program
• Implement key, standardized processes related to compliance with Citi's policies and standards
• Guide internal stakeholders
• Complete activities related to Third Party lifecycle
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting of third-party related metrics
• Provide process guidance and support to Third Party Officers and Business Activity Owners
• Work with seniors in coordinating with various Policy Owners
• Act as Level 1 Reviewer
• Participate in team meetings to understand documentation of Third-Party management processes
• Ensure all SLAs are met with high accuracy
• Assist seniors in data and information reporting
• Verify third parties' policies and procedures compliance
• Contribute to process reengineering initiatives and automation projects
• Initiate process changes in line with new emerging risks and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial services/Banking industry
• Preferred 1+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• MS Office applications
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build partnerships across Citi businesses
• Skills to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
