Job Responsibility:
Creating and updating project calendars based on APR plans and service provider proposals
Ensuring adherence to planning standards and best practices by service providers
Integrating budget and working hours into project calendars for effective Earned Value Management (EVM)
Tracking activities based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and monthly cost reports
Generating monthly reports including global schedules, forecasts, and critical path updates
Arranging site visits to understand operational constraints and facilitate on-site meetings
Providing historical data to study groups for estimates and planning processes
Guiding vendor management reporting requirements in collaboration with asset managers
Participating in procurement plan reviews to align priorities and forecasts
Managing service provider relationships through kick-off meetings and routine progress reviews
Conducting trend analysis for change order management to mitigate deviations from baselines
Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure effective calendar tracking and KPI reviews
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English
Proficient in MS Project, P6, Excel, and Power BI
Strong understanding of project management and control concepts
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Experience in managing planning deliverables for multiple projects
Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes
Degree: BAC+5 in project management, engineering, construction management, accounting, or a related field is desirable
Experience: 7 years or more in project control with a focus on planning deliverables
