The job holder is responsible for all the MP FOPS service contracts coordination related activities of the Major Projects (MP) personnel. As such, the job holder is responsible for being focal point for MP service contracts.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure that all mobilization and demobilization process and arrangements of service personnel are well managed in a timely manner and in compliance with client rules and policies
Ensure that service orders database and MP FOPS contracts register is updated and always maintained
Ensure that logistics arrangements including for offshore visits/rotation are timely arrangements
Ensure efficient communication with all other client entities specially GS, IT and within MP with HSEQ, FOPS, PMT
Promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices
Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality
To routinely prepare, maintain and update Major Projects Services ramp up Chart
To ensure all services descriptions are timely prepared
To coordinate for mobilization (and later demobilization) of services personnel with Project/Team Managers
To coordinate all mobilization and demobilization activities including arrangement with General Services and IT
Manage the services personnel administration database and provide regular reporting to management on personnel mobilizations / demobilizations / relocations etc
To liaise with Project/Team Managers to establish their requirements and timing for third party services including inspections and marine warranty and others as required
To liaise with Line Manager to address any issues with services arrangement
To submit relevant proposals to Team/Package Managers and arrange interviews
To ensure all obligations of Service Providers are respected
To ensure timely renewal and/or amendment of FOPS contracts as required
To assist in the control of invoice issued by Service Providers
To close out all contracts in a timely manner after service completion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 6 Years of Experience in manpower coordination and service contracts management
Minimum 6 Years of Experience in O&G industry preferred
Competence in use of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and Power Point
