Project Senior Testing Analyst

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies
• Manage the full testing lifecycle including test planning, estimation, project reporting, and traceability
• Lead the development and coordinated execution of test cases for both front-end and back-end applications
• Facilitate and manage the defect resolution process
• Define end-to-end business scenarios and data requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in testing procedures

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of business, product, operations, and technology teams
• Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups
• Experience in developing and documenting test project procedures
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access Databases)
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, and Zephyr test management tools
• Understanding of Securities Operations Offerings is a plus
