Job Responsibility:
Procurement: Leading the procurement of sub-contractor packages during the early stages of the build
Valuations: Managing monthly valuations and ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting
Day-to-Day QS Duties: Handling variations, cost reporting, and maintaining the commercial integrity of the project
Autonomy: Taking full ownership of the commercial function on-site, acting as the primary point of contact for the Commercial Director
Requirements:
Residential Expertise: You must have a proven track record in high-rise residential developments
Seniority: Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience within a PQS or SQS capacity
Self-Starter: The ability to work independently and "be left alone" to get the job done
Availability: Ready to start immediately or on short notice
