Project Scheduler

• Develop, monitor, and refine project schedules utilizing best practices and industry standards
• Analyze weekly data to generate reports that help project teams stay informed and address potential issues
• Ensure schedule accuracy through version control and proactive interventions to mitigate delays
• Prepare and manage scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to maintain project integrity
• Track project progress, identify critical tasks, and recommend strategies to meet deadlines and budget goals
• Maintain and update project risk registers to minimize risks impacting scope, schedule, and budget
• Conduct what-if analyses and establish contingency plans to address potential scheduling challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and maintain alignment with objectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor action items and ensure timely resolution of project concerns
• Utilize advanced tools like Primavera, Procore, and Oracle to streamline scheduling and reporting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management is required
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, including proficiency with tools such as Primavera and Procore
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Skilled in developing and implementing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for effective project planning
• Experience with ERP solutions and familiarity with infrastructure-related projects
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Oracle for data analysis and visualization
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders

Knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes is highly preferred
