About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a 12-month assignment to oversee complex, multi-workstream renewable energy projects valued at $10M+. Utilising your mastery of Microsoft Project, you will pull together diverse project inputs, proactively identify risks, and ensure critical milestones remain on track.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and master-schedule complex project plans ($10M+) with multiple, overlapping workstreams using MS Project
  • Proactively engage with project teams, engineers, and external stakeholders to capture inputs and updates
  • Identify critical path impacts, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints, offering proactive solutions
  • Provide regular schedule health checks and reporting updates to project leadership.

Requirements

  • Extensive practical experience as a Project Scheduler utilizing Microsoft Project on complex, large-scale projects ($10M+)
  • A proven track record of showing initiative and working autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to seamlessly extract information across diverse teams
  • A Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and/or electricity transmission sectors will be highly regarded
  • 5 years experience
  • Microsoft Project, MS Project, Project Scheduling, Schedule Risk Analysis, Resource Loading, Milestone Tracking, Baseline Management, Renewable Energy, Electricity Transmission, Energy Sector
  • Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
  • Bachelor Degree
