We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to support complex government and defense-related programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling methodologies, earned value management, and compliance with DCMA standards. This role requires close coordination with program managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure accurate planning and execution of project timelines.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules using industry-standard tools (MS Project, Primavera)
Ensure compliance with DCMA 14-Point Assessment and 15-Point Schedule Health Check
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update schedules and mitigate risks
Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Participating in program reviews and audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in a government or defense contracting environment
Proficiency in scheduling software and EVM tools
Strong understanding of DCMA scheduling guidelines
Excellent communication and analytical skills
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
