MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Scheduler with industry experience to join our team and support our engagements in Boston, MA. This position is onsite and requires you to commute to client sites within the Greater Boston area as needed. As a Project Scheduler Consultant, you will work within our global network of Project Controls professionals to deliver high-quality scheduling expertise to our clients. You will engage with key stakeholders, represent the MP brand, and play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules aligned with project scope, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Perform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation and recovery plans
Conduct critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule impacts
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, cost controllers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between schedule and cost
Prepare and present schedule performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates
Monitor progress, track milestones, and validate earned value metrics where applicable
Support change management processes and assess impacts to timeline and resources
Ensure adherence to client scheduling standards and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM), schedule forecasting, and risk analysis
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in the Boston area and adapt to dynamic project environments
Nice to have:
Master’s degree is a plus
Experience supporting large-scale capital projects in industries such as Life Sciences, Construction, Infrastructure, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Technology, or Energy is preferred
PMP and/or PMI-SP certification is a plus
