Job Responsibility

  • Personally exhibit and mentor others to foster our culture guided by the ANDRES Five Core Values
  • Facilitate and drive the process of detailed schedule development from preconstruction through construction
  • Work with project teams to develop Touchplan scheduling
  • Effectively communicate with Preconstruction and Project Management teams
  • Ensure that the schedule is prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirements
  • Develop major milestones, activities, approvals, long lead item procurement, and other critical project deliverables to be scheduled and tracked for the projects
  • Develop schedule constraints and realistic activity duration
  • Provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
  • Interact with the project staff and client to update schedule with procurement dates of material and equipment
  • Interact with the Project Managers and Superintendents to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules
  • Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, as well as identify problem areas
  • Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress
  • Able to manage multiple projects and different project teams at once

Requirements

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of project scheduling experience (projects in excess of $50 million)
  • Technology literate / proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel) and Primavera
