The role will create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice. Tracks, analyzes, and reports information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure accuracy of project schedules, performed version control, identify potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner
Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity
Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Recommend actions to keep project on track and within budget
Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC
Bachelor’s degree in business, Financial or Project Management
Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools
Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle or other ERP systems
Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore
Nice to have:
A deep understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows
