Job Description

As a P6 Scheduler at Crusoe, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale construction initiatives critical to Crusoe’s mission. This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives
  • Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals
  • Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule
  • Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
  • Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy
  • Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
  • Track schedule deliverables, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis
  • Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills
  • ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office

Nice to have

Certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA a plus
