An opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected building services and energy solutions provider, delivering BMS projects and major upgrade work across the North West. This role focuses on winning project and upgrade opportunities with end users, M&E contractors and consultants. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project sales lifecycle, ensuring commercial viability while building long-term relationships within a technically strong and stable business.
Job Responsibility:
Target consultants, M&E contractors and end users to secure BMS projects, upgrades and energy works
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and close
Prepare detailed quotations based on site surveys, specifications and technical information
Build and develop long-term relationships through technical presentations and solution-led selling
Work closely with sales, service and project teams to win work from competitors
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
Promote the company’s service offering and brand within the North West region
Requirements:
Proven experience in BMS / building services / energy project sales
Strong understanding of estimating, bid management and Building Management Systems
