Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead project sales efforts, focusing on account servicing, project execution, and commercial handovers. This role plays a key part in driving project revenue while mentoring a dynamic sales team and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full project sales cycle, from tender to handover and collection
Work closely with Business Development Director to execute sales strategies
Engage with clients including developers, architects, and contractors
Oversee and track construction progress and related fees
Ensure timely delivery and handover of products for key projects
Resolve client issues related to installation, specifications, or timelines
Monitor sales targets and develop action plans to meet KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support
Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business

Requirements:

Experience in project sales within building materials or construction
Strong client relationship and account management skills
Proven track record in closing large-scale B2B sales
Leadership experience in managing small to mid-sized teams
Knowledge of construction process from tender to project handover
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred
