Job Description

This high-visibility, strategic position is designed to capture market share within the booming data center and semiconductor sectors. You will own the entire project sales lifecycle, establishing brand preference by influencing technical specifications with consultants and closing high-value contracts with EPCs.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and capture large-scale project opportunities specifically within hyperscale and colocation data center markets
  • Drive product specifications and technical approvals directly with M&E consultants and electrical engineers
  • Build and maintain deep-rooted commercial relationships with MEP contractors and industrial EPC firms
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including generating leads, formulating technical proposals, and leading price negotiations
  • Conduct technical presentations and stakeholder training sessions to establish our brand as the preferred technical choice

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of successful project-based sales experience within cable support systems or electrical infrastructure
  • Proven track record of securing high-value, large-scale projects for data centers or semiconductor plants
  • Active, well-established network of M&E consultants and electrical engineering firms across Malaysia
  • Deep technical knowledge of industrial cable trays, ladders, trunking, and custom support solutions
  • Strong mobility and willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across the peninsula
